We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, unmodified, and kept in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom-made swords or personalized items (including custom colors, engravings, or bespoke components)
Items marked as final sale
Gift cards
Custom products are crafted specifically for you and cannot be refunded once production has started or after the order has shipped.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before placing your order.
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to request a return first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that banks or credit card issuers may take additional time to complete the refund—sometimes up to 14 days after we process it.
